Helping founders run their business properly and get paid properly for it.

Who this is for
You're a founder — probably running your business largely on your own, or with a small team. Revenue is coming in. The work is good. But the operational side of things is loose, reactive, and quietly draining more time and energy than it should.
You're not struggling because you lack ability. You're struggling because nobody taught you how to structure and run a business — they just expected you to figure it out. This is the work that changes that.
This is best suited to founders generating consistent revenue who are ready to invest in fixing how the business runs — not just thinking about it.

What we work on
Not the idea of your business. The daily reality of it — how time gets used, how decisions get made, how work flows, and how you stay consistent when things get hard.
01 — Time & Calendar
Where is your time going versus where it should? We build a weekly architecture that protects your highest-leverage work instead of letting reactive tasks fill every gap.
02 — Priority & Focus
Most founders have a list. Very few have a clear method for knowing which items on that list actually move things forward. We fix that with a framework you can apply daily.
03 — Execution & Accountability
Identifying what needs to change is one thing. The coaching builds the habits, accountability, and follow-through structure that makes execution consistent — not occasional.
04 — Revenue & Cost Visibility
Not accounting. Operational awareness — which work is most profitable, where money is leaking, what costs have quietly accumulated. Most founders are making these calls without the right information.
05 — Systems & Workflow
If every task requires your personal involvement, the business doesn't scale — it just gets more tiring. We build repeatable structure around the work that shouldn't need you each time.
06 — Decision-making
Reactive decision-making is one of the most expensive habits in a founder's life. We build a cleaner structure for how decisions get made — so you're leading the business, not firefighting it.
How it works
Register interest and I'll reach out personally. If it looks like a fit, we'll have a free 15-minute consultation to understand your situation properly before anything else.
Start here
A focused call to understand your business and where things are breaking down. We look at where your time is going, what's unclear, and what's getting in the way of consistent execution. No pitch. No pressure. A straight conversation about whether this is genuinely useful for where you are right now.
The coaching
Regular sessions built around your specific operational situation — finances, time, priorities, decisions, and execution. Each session reviews what's been committed to, works through blockers, and builds out the next layer of operational structure for your business.
What's included
Goal-setting and accountability are central to this work. But they're grounded in operational specifics — your actual numbers, your actual week, your actual decisions — not abstract targets. You leave each session with clear actions and a structure for getting them done.
Mindset is part of this
Operational problems often have a behavioural layer underneath them. A founder who avoids reviewing costs, or knows what to do but doesn't do it, isn't just missing a system. This coaching works on both. The difference is that every mindset conversation has an operational outcome attached to it.

Ming Jun — Founder, Elevure
My background spans proptech, fintech, and investment operations — environments where I saw the inner workings of multiple multi-million pound businesses. How they made decisions. Where they lost money. How they structured their operations as they grew.
Beyond my operational background, I've consulted directly for multiple six-figure businesses including G Team Academy and Kidda across systemisation, calendar structure and operational prioritisation. I've also supported a separate confidential business operationally ahead of a potential six-figure exit.
I started Elevure because most founders I speak to are capable, hardworking people running their business in a way that quietly limits what they can build. The operational layer — structure, decisions, daily execution — is almost always where the real work needs to happen.
That's the gap I work in. Practical operational coaching, grounded in how businesses actually function and what it takes to run one properly.

"Self-awareness is only valuable when it leads to better decisions, stronger execution, and results you can actually measure. Everything else is just comfortable reflection."

"I was putting my time into sales calls when the real leverage was elsewhere. Ming Jun reframed that in one session, we rebuilt the calendar around it — G Team Academy has been doing 5 figures a month since."
"We had 98 seats to fill in four weeks and I thought it was a marketing problem. Ming Jun ran through the numbers and made it clear it was a prioritisation issue. We fixed the calendar, executed properly — Kidda now does 5 figures every month."
"I knew what I needed to do to launch. I just wasn't doing it consistently. Ming Jun gave me a system and held me to it. Within the quarter I had paying clients and The Creator's Path was actually moving."
"I came in overwhelmed — two product lines, no clear direction, and no idea how to turn the customers I already had into consistent revenue. Ming Jun helped me cut through it, gave me clearer visibility on my finances, and I left with a structured week and a plan for actually reaching the people already in my corner."
